Bruce Willis Injured on Set

Bruce Willis was injured on the set of his new movie, Live Free Or Die Hard .

The actor was kicked in the forehead during a fight scene in his new Die Hard movie on Wednesday, and was briefly hospitalised. His on-set accident came hours before Nicole Kidman was left shaken up when she was involved in a car crash on the Downtown Los Angeles set of her new zombie film The Invasion.

Like Kidman, Willis was checked over by a doctor, and then discharged. According to insiders, he was left with a gash above his right eye.

Willis was reportedly back on the set for filming the next day. The film stars Willis as officer John McClane, who attempts to stop a techno-terrorist from shutting down the nation's computer systems on the Fourth of July. The story takes place around Washington, D.C., and is being directed by Underworld: Evolution filmmaker Len Wiseman. Live Free Or Die Hard also stars Timothy Olyphant, Maggie Q and Kevin Smith.
