Padma Lakshmi Talks Top Chef, Emmy Nomination

Padma Lakshmi appeared on The Today Show to talk about the new season of Top Chef which premiered last Wednesday. If you missed it, it's being repeated a few times on Bravo. Season six is in Las Vegas and it looks like the skill level of the chefs is high. Padma has been nominated for an Emmy for her hosting duties. She cooks one of her favorite easy recipes from her cookbook for Matt Lauer. Take a look:
