Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen

home > films > confessions of a teenage drama queen

Lindsay Lohan, of Freaky Friday fame, stars in this passable comedy aimed directly at the "tween" market. Used to being popular in her native Greenwich Village milieu, Lola (played by Lindsay Lohan) is transplanted to an uptight, prosperous and preppy suburb of New Jersey, where she does not fit in at all. Lola tries to make friends, tries out for the school play and generally is as incredibly self-centered as the tweens who will love this movie.
