A colorful spectacle that kids will enjoy. The likeable Jackie Chan tries hard, but is bogged down by a clunky screenplay which causes the film to drag. And, unfortunately, Chan and British actor Steve Coogan have zero comic chemistry like Chan and Owen Wilson have.
