The BuzzAshton Kutcher tries to shake his Punk'd image by playing a straight dramatic role. The film starts with a great SF premise: that Kutcher's character can go back in time to change events, but that the results aren't what he expects. But the director made a very bad decision by making audiences view instances of extreme animal cruelty and child abuse over and over again. The scenes are disgusting and were totally unnecessary. Kutcher and Amy Smart both turn in decent performances, however.
