Owen Wilson and Lake Bell Star in No Escape Trailer

Owen Wilson and Lake Bell star in the gripping trailer for No Escape. Wilson plays Jack Dwyer, an American has has relocated his family to southeast Asia for his work. His wife Annie (Lake Bell) and their two daughters have barely settled into their hotel when civil war erupts.

The rebels attack the police and the army and kill every foreigner they can find. Now Jack, Annie and their children are being hunted and must do whatever they have to in order to survive. Their only ally is an experience expatriate named Hammond played by Pierce Brosnan. The film never says what country they are in, but the movie was filmed in northern province of Lampang in Thailand. Given the fact that Thailand is now one year into a new government after a military coup, the setup is pretty realistic.

The trailer is a hair-raiser as the family goes on the run in a city filled with violence and chaos. In face Dwyer eventually is forced to throw his little girl off a building in order to save her life. Her mother is supposed to catch her -- it's either jump off the building or get shot (or worse) by the armed rebels. Talk about children in peril -- this one's a real nail biter. Take a look:
