Trailer for Syfy's Sharknado Horror Film Released

Here is the first trailer for Syfy's Sharknado. The film stars Ian Ziering as Fin and Tara Reid as April. Other stars include Cassie Scerbo, Aubrey Peeples, Jaason Simmons and John Heard. One of the movie stills shows a shark flying above the head of actress Aubrey Peeples, who plays a girl named Claudia.

The crazy plot involves a tornado that picked up a ton of sharks in the ocean and is now headed for the airport. Regulars of a beachside bar have to endure the ecological nightmare as sharks swim through the streets of Los Angeles and fall from the sky. The tornado appears to have been spawned by a rare tropical system that made it to the California coast. The film airs tonight on Syfy at 9 pm EST. Take a look:
