Capybara on the Loose in California

A capybara is on the loose in California. The capybara is the largest rodent in the world. The enormous rodent has no tail and 20 teeth. They can grow as large as 100 pounds. Fortunately, they are vegetarians. The huge rodent was spotted near a wastewater treatment plant in California. The California Department of Fish and Games says the capybara is "no harm, it's just going to root around." The Wikipedia entry for capybara says the creatures are "gentle and will usually allow humans to pet and hand-feed them." Take a look:
