Gwyneth Paltrow and Ellen DeGeneres Make Vegan Paella and Kale Chips

Gwyneth Paltrow showed Ellen DeGeneres two of the recipes from her new cookbook, My Father's Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness. Gwyneth showed Ellen her Kale Chips recipe, which she says is a quick and easy way to get kids to eat kale. Then she cooked paella, which looked really tasty. When Ellen said that Gwyneth does it all -- cooking, acting, singing, Gwyneth showed that she's aware of the bad press she gets and self-deprecatingly joked that she's "annoying people all over America."
Whoever set up the cooking segment turned the heat up to high, so when she poured olive oil and garlic into the pan it steamed like crazy and nearly burned the garlic. Take a look:
