Keanu Reeves Heads to Rome for John Wick: Chapter 2 Trailer

John Wick is back: Lionsgate just dropped the first trailer for John Wick: Chapter 2 starring Keanu Reeves as the hitman who just can't seem to stay retired. The first John Wick film introduced us to the hitman who is forced out of retirement when some truly awful thugs kill his beloved dog. The film was simply amazing with one of the best motives for revenge we've ever heard.

This time out Wick heads to Europe to to battle a former associate who wants to take over an international assassins' guild. It turns out that assassins have a very strict code they must follow and Wick is bound by a blood oath to help out. Naturally this means that he needs some awesome new threads.

In the trailer Wick is being fitted for a new, bespoke suit to wear in Rome. The tailor asks him what the suit is for so he knows how to finish it. He inquires, "It this a formal event or a social affair?" "Social," Wick replies. "How many buttons?" "Two." "In what style?" "Tactical." But it gets better. Yes, he meets up with Morpheus himself for a little Matrix flashback with Laurence Fishburne.

The film also stars Ian McShane, Ruby Rose,. Bridget Moynihan, Peter Stormare, Lance Reddick, Common, and David Patrick Kelly. It was directed by Chad Stahelski and hits theaters on February 13, 2017. We can't wait. Take a look:
