It's a great time for superhero fans. Marvel has released the full trailer for The Fantastic Four which is a total reboot for the film series. The first film which was released in 2005 made $155 million worldwide. The second film, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer starred Jessica Alba and Chris Evans. It made $132 million worldwide. But that wasn't enough to suit the powers that be, so the series was shelved.

The new film will be released on August 7, 2015 and features a younger cast than the last film iteration of the franchise. Miles Teller plays Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic. Kate Mara plays Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman. Jamie Bell plays Ben Grimm/The Thing and Michael B. Jordan plays Johnny Storm/The Human Torch. Toby Kebbell plays Victor Domashev.

This version of the story shows the young characters who as part of a science experiment are transported to teh N-Zone, an interdimensional space which is very different than Earth. The N-Zone changes these four young humans and gives them super powers. The film is part of the X-Men: Days of Future Past universe. It was directed by Josh Trank (Chronicle).

In this trailer we see scientist Dr. Franklin Storm (Reg E. Cathey) showing off his interdimensional transport device to his bosses who are unhappy at how much money the project is costing. House of Cards fans will get a kick out of seeing Reg, who played Freddy Hayes on the show, being the father to another of the show's alums, Kate Mara. We also get a look at Dr. Doom.
