Nick Lachey Hosts New Singing Reality Show, The Winner Is

Nick Lachey is the host of a new singing reality tv show on NBC called The Winner Is. The show combines a singing competition show with a game show. NBC says the show is "the only show where singing six songs can win you a $1 million." Each episode features six acts competing for $1 million.

Each episode consists of three rounds. In the first round, the contestants are offered $10,000 to leave the game. This offer increase to $25,000 in round two and $50,000 in round three. Resisting these offers and winning over the audience is the only way to win a spot in the finale. In the finale the the amount of cash offers rise dramatically. Two lucky acts to a final showdown worth $1,000,000.
