Chris Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson and Isabel Lucas Star in Red Dawn Trailer

The trailer for the remake of Red Dawn has been released. Chris Hemsworth, Josh Peck, Adrianne Palicki, Josh Hutcherson, Isabel Lucas and Connor Cruise star as young people who must turn into resistance fighters when their home state of Washington is invaded by a foreign army, which is rumored to be North Korea. They head to the woods where they wage Guerrilla warfare on the occupying force. They call themselves the Wolverines.

The original movie featured invading Russians, which was pretty scary at the time. This film was supposed to have the Chinese as the bad guys, but dreams of Chinese box office scuttled that idea. Now the bad guys aren't Chinese -- and their home country isn't mentioned in the trailer. Considering the fact that North Korea can't even feed its own populace, much less invade the United States, this one's going to require some major suspension of disbelief. May be they should have gone with aliens. Still, the actors are good. Take a look:
