Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift Sit Together at 2013 Video Music Awards

Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez sat next to each other at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards. The two friends did not bring dates and appeared to be having the best time as they danced to nearly every performance.

Taylor wore a Herve Leger dress and Selena wore Versace.

Taylor and Selena also both went home winners. Taylor won an award for Best Female Video and Selena won for Best Famale Video. Here is Taylor accepting her award. Taylor said, "I tweeted about this a lot. I really, really wanted this." Taylor also said, "I also wanted to thank the person who inspired this song, who knows exactly who is, because now I got one of these." Take a look:
