SNL Skit: Parody Celebrity Christmas Album Starring Jimmy Fallon and Kate McKinnon
Posted on December 28, 2013
The Saturday Night Live cast got to show off their impressions of popular singers in this funny skit about a new Christmas album called Now That's What I Call Christmas in which current and past stars give their versions of Christmas classics.
Jimmy Fallon is hysterical as Alan Rickman doing a spoken word version of a Christmas Carol and as Pitbull singing "Santa's in Miami" with Shakira (Kate McKinnon) (why isn't this a real song?) Jay Pharoah raps "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer." He also turned in a spot-on impression of Michael Buble who perfectly enunciates every word of the song and of floppy-haired Harry Styles, who bounced up and down while waiting to sing his part with Lorde (Kate McKinnon).
