Tyler Perry and Bella Thorne Star in Trailer for Boo! A Medea Halloween
Posted on July 17, 2016
Finally, the next Medea movie is here. Well, it will be here in time for Halloween. The trailer for Tyler Perry's Boo! A Madea Halloween has dropped and if you don't think Madea is hilarious, it's probably for the best that you read no further. But if you have a great sense of humor and love a silly Halloween movie, this is for you.
Tyler Perry plays Joe, a dad who has to go out of town on Halloween night and he asks Madea to come babysit his precocious teen daughter Tiffany (Diamond White), who wants to attend the wild frat party close by. To make things worse, she's friends with some adventurous girls, led by Rain, played by former Disney star Bella Thorne.
Joe overcomes Madea's objections by offering to pay her for her time. That seals the deal. Madea sits down for a good chat about kids today with Joe's father and other older relations. Joe's dad, also played by Perry, scoffs at his worries saying, "What's the worst that could happen to her? Turn to prostitution? Drugs? Hell, how do you think I met your mama??" This is not helpful in the least.
Now Madea, Aunt Bam (Cassi Davis) and her friends are on their own and this time Halloween is pretty crazy. There are scary clowns, a call from Jigsaw from Saw, zombies and maybe even some ghosts.
Now you know Tiffany and Rain get to the banned party. But you haven't seen a frat party until you've seen one crashed by Madea, who gives some frat boys just what they think they want. The film was written and directed by Perry, so you know what you're in for. Best shot from the trailer? Why that's Madea running from zombies, hilariously leaving her friends far behind, while crying out "Help me, Jesus!!" Take a look:
