Marvel's Secret Invasion is set in present-day MCU. Nick Fury learns of a clandestine invasion of Earth by a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls and gathers allies to protect Earth. The allies include Everett Ross, Maria Hill and the Skrull Talos.
