My Octopus Teacher

My Octopus Teacher is a documentary film that follows a friendship between a filmmaker and a clever octopus. It was filmed in a South African kelp forest. Diver and filmmaker Craig Foster developed a close relationship with an octopus that changed his life and his perspective on the world. He gained the trust of the curious octopus after diving down to see it day after day. The film arrives on Netflix on Sept. 7, 2020.
