Furiosa Mad Max Sage Trailer Released

The official trailer for Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga has been released. Anya Taylor-Joy plays a young Furiosa. The character was first played by Charlize Theron in Mad Max: Fury Road.

The new film from George Miller provides some origins for Furiosa. She is kidnapped by leader of the Biker Horde played by Chris Hemsworth. Miller penned the script with Nico Lathouris.

The film is set 45 years after the collapse of society.

As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus. Sweeping through the Wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home.

The trailer will prep you for the mayhem to arrive in theaters on May 22, 2024. The scenery is perfect dusty and apocalyptic.
