Gal Gadot, Jon Hamm Are the Spies Next Door in the Trailer for Keeping Up With the Joneses

Zach Galifianakis and Isla Fisher star in the first trailer for Keeping Up With the Joneses. They play a normal suburban couple named Jeff and Karen Gaffney, whose lives might be in a bit of a rut. One day a very attractive couple named Mr. and Mrs. Jones (Jon Hamm and Gal Gadot) move in next door. The Joneses are too perfect: they are good at everything and look like super models. As Isla tells Zach in the trailer: "You know, there’s something off about them -- they’re both so overly accomplished."

Karen and Jeff become obsessed with the Joneses and begin spying on them. They discover that the neighbors are covert operatives and are very dangerous people. Soon Karen and Jeff are sucked into the middle of a dangerous operation, complete with car chases, guns and undercover ops.

Directed by Greg Mottola (Superbad, Adventureland) the film also stars Patton Oswalt, Matt Walsh, Maribeth Monroe, Ming Zhao and Kevin Dunn. The film, which certainly gives a nod or two to Mr. and Mrs. Smith, looks very funny. It hits theaters on October 21, 2016. Take a look:
