Kate Mara Stars in Creepy First Trailer for Morgan

Kate Mara stars in the very creepy first trailer for Morgan. Kate plays a corporate troubleshooter (Kate Mara) whose job sends her to a top secret lab where scientists have been experimenting with creating artificial life. She finds a human looking subject who is anything but human.

The scientists created her to be brilliant and strong, but from this trailer it appears she may have been created without a conscience. The scientist who is defending whatever terrible thing Morgan has done tells Kate, "We knew right away we knew Morgan was very special." Well, that's the understatement of the century.

So, let's see. An AI who is stronger and smarter than humans created in a secret lab: what could possibly go wrong? We have a feeling that everything that could go wrong with a project like this does go wrong. The music in the trailer is incredibly disturbing, it really gets the job done.

The film also stars Rose Leslie, Anya Taylor-Joy, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Paul Giamatti, Boyd hobrook and Toby Jones. The film was directed by Luke Scott. Take a look:
