Second Trailer for The Giver Starring Meryl Streep, Brenton Thwaites and Jeff Bridges

Here is the second trailer for the highly anticipated film The Giver which is based on the bestselling young adult dystopian novel. The film tells the story of a closed society in which people have given up emotions in order to maintain order in an enclave that appears to be all that is left of Earth. The inhabitants don't even see colors. But one young man has lots of questions about all the rules and uniformity. He meets a man called The Giver, who keeps all the memories of what has gone before in human history. He has the ability to be the next Giver, but the powers that be find him to be a threat.

The film stars Brenton Thwaites, Jeff Bridges, Meryl Streep, Katie Holmes, Alexander Skarsgard, and Taylor Swift. In this trailer we get to see quite a bit of Meryl Streep and Jeff Bridges (the Giver) and it looks awesome. Take a look:
