Arnold Schwarzenegger Disguised as Gold's Gym Fitness Instructor

Arnold Schwarzenegger donned a hat, wig and mustache to become Howard, a physical fitness instructor at a Gold's Gym. The funny video was created as part of an effort to support After-School All-Stars. Arnold is offering a chance to ride tank with him and work out with in an effort to raise money for After-School All-Stars.

Arnold made one lady keep drinking water at the water fountain. He told another lady, "You have elbows and you have knees so touch them." He told one Gold's Gym member, "This is Gold's Gym, this is not a baby gym." Take a look:
