Mark Andrews and Brenda Chapman win Best Animated Film for Brave at 2013 Oscars

Brave won the Best Animated Film Oscar at the 85th Academy Awards, which were televised live on ABC. The film was produced by Pixar and distrubted by Disney. Mark Andrews and Brenda Chapman directed the animated film about the defiant Merida. Brave beat Frankenweenie, The Pirates, Wreck-It Ralph and Paranorman to win the Oscar.

In his acceptance speech, Andrews said, "I just happened to be wearing the kilt, I didn't plan any of this." Take a look:
