Trailer for Divergent Starring Shailene Woodley, Maggie Q and Kate Winslet

Here is the trailer for Divergent that debuted during the 2013 MTV VMAs. Shailene Woodley stars in the film which is based on the dystopian novel by Veronica Roth. In future Chicago all people are divided into five groups based on their aptitudes.

Each faction is based on a virtue of humanity: Abnegation (selflessness), Amity (peace), Candor (honesty), Dauntless (bravery) or Erudite (intelligence). Shailene plays Tris a young woman who was born into Abnegation, but also has aptitudes in two other virtues. This trait can get her killed if anyone finds out.

Kate Winslet and Maggie Q steal the scenes they're in -- at least in the trailer. It looks quite promising. Take a look:
