Extended Trailer for Extant Starring Halle Berry

Astronaut Molly Woods went on a 13-month solo mission. She looked forward to returning home to her husband (Goran Visnjic) and her son (Pierce Gagnon). But it appears that she returned home with an unexpected guest: she's pregnant. In the extended trailer her doctor (Camryn Manheim) questions her closely about her mission. Is she sure she was along? Did any international space station astronauts stop by to say hi? Woods is adamant that she cannot be pregnant, but she is.

There are other twists. She keeps seeing an attractive guy giving her meaningful looks (is the the alien baby daddy?) Her son is actually a robot, an advanced artificial intelligence created by her husband for the Humanix project. Her bosses at the space agency don't believe her and one of them, Kinji Matsumo, is played by Hiroyuki Sanada (The Wolverine. He sounded especially sinister. The show is produced by Steven Spielberg and will premiere on Wednesday, July 9th, 2014 at 9:00pm on CBS. We'll definitely be tuning in for this one. Take a look:
