Jennifer Aniston Talks Being a Horrible Boss

Jennifer Aniston talks about why she took the role of a terrible boss in her new comedy Horrible Bosses. Jennifer said she said yes to the role after reading once scene. She says, "How could I not do it. It was so instant. The minute it showed up at my door and I read her first scene I was just dying to do it."

But then she had to actually do the scene where her character blackmails Charlie Day's character. She says, "Now I have to do this in front of people."

Jason Sudeikis, Charlie Day and Jason Bateman also discuss their favorite scene in the movie, which looks very funny. Sudeikis says he liked when they first meet Jamie Foxx's character. Take a look:
