Everyone is shocked by Kim Kardashian's sudden and unexpected divorce. Now Kim's finally have an explanation from Kim herself. Kim has posted a lengthy message to her fans regarding her recent divorce from Kris Humpries. Kim says it is probably the "hardest thing" she has ever had to write.

In her post, Kim talks about the negative media reports. She also responds to comments suggesting her marriage was a TV show stunt to boost ratings. Kim says she "married for love" and the wedding was not a TV show stunt for the Kardashians.

Kim says, "I share so much of my life on a reality show, that contemplating whether to even film my wedding was a tough decision to make, and maybe it turned out to not be the smartest decision. But it's who I am! We filmed Kourtney giving birth, Khloe getting married, break ups, make ups, our best moments and our worst moments. These were all real moments. That's what makes us who we are. We share, we give, we love and we are open!"

Kim also says she is a hopeless romantic and she badly wants a family, babies and a real life. She says because of this she may have rushed into her marriage with Kris too quickly. Kim would not the first girl to rush too quickly into a marriage, but hers happened to be televised.

Kim writes, "Everyone that knows me knows that I'm a hopeless romantic! I love with all of my heart and soul. I want a family and babies and a real life so badly that maybe I rushed in to something too soon."

Kim says she felt that everything was going by so fast that she couldn't break free of what was happening. She says, " I felt like I was on a fast roller coaster and couldn't get off when now I know I probably should have. I got caught up with the hoopla and the filming of the TV show that when I probably should have ended my relationship, I didn't know how to and didn't want to disappoint a lot of people."

Kim also says reports she made millions off her wedding are false. She says she will donate the money for the wedding gifts to the Dream Foundation.

It does sound like once boarded the television train she could not get off and the whole thing derailed on her. Such is the life of a reality TV star.

Kim's post comes in response to a backlash to the divorce as ABC News reports.
