Ludacris and Justin Bieber Make Beautiful Music Together in Baby
Posted on February 19, 2010
Justin Bieber's new song is called "Baby." The song is from his album, My World 2.0. It's a light, catchy pop tune that should keep his legions of tween girl fans very happy. We were getting into the video in which Justin dances around a bowling alley singing about his first love. "Baby, baby, baby..." we were feeling the teen love vibe when suddenly Ludacris -- of all people -- breaks into rap about his first love at the age of 13.
At first we thought it was some kind of technical malfunction, but no, it appears that Justin's mentor Usher has somehow blackmailed Ludacris into rapping on Justin's video. It's mind-boggling. Will Justin's fans know who the older guy is rapping about his teenage years? Will Ludacris' fans ever forgive him? We don't know, but this is the most hilarious musical pairing we've seen in years.
Oh, and it looks like Justin can bust a move when he needs to. Usher, you are absolutely ruthless. The video, directed by Ray Kay, also stars actress Jasmine Villegas as Bieber's love interest. Take a look:
