Sandra Bullock Opens Up to Matt Lauer About Baby Louis, Her Cajun Cookie

Actress Sandra Bullock sat down with Matt Lauer for an in-depth interview which will air on The Today Show tomorrow. Sandra looked great in a dark blue dress during the interview.

Sandra talks about her new baby Louis, who she calls her "little Cajun cookie." She says her family is all girls, and Louis is now the "little crown prince." She says she feels so lucky to have him.

Sandra says the adoption process was long and she did not circumvent it. She says, "I wanted to do everything exactly the same way everyone else did. And -- it was -- he was always mine, you know. It wasn't like I felt like someone was going to take him away. But it was nice to have someone say, I think you're a fit parent."

Sandra recently helped reopened Warren Easton Charter High School, a charter school in New Orleans. She also talked about the school in the Lauer interview.
