Teri Hatcher Posts Swimsuit Photos, Plans to Swim for Sophia

Teri Hatcher posted photographs of herself on her Facebook page wearing a swimsuit with the name Sophia attached to it. Teri revealed that she will be tackling the swim portion of a Tri-Team with Bob Iger and Julie Bowen. Sophia is the name of the patient Teri Hatcher will be swimming for. She received a letter from Joel Rothman, the father of Sophia, a two-year-old patient at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

Teri says, "I now know that when I dive into the 60 degree shoreline at 7am for a purely adrenaline based swim, they'll be one beautiful girl to reach stroke after stroke for, And that's Sophia. Please tell your friends to donate. Even one dollar. I so want to reach that 20 thousand dollar goal."

Teri Hatcher looks terrific, but she on her donor pledge page that she is not in as good of shape as when she ran an triathlon in 2009.

Teri says, "I'm a far cry from the shape I was in in 2009, a year ago, when I complete the entire Triathlon. Two broken ribs later and a month of taking care of my dad on the mend from open heart surgery, as well as recovering from Lymes disease I picked up Picking up my daughter from summer camp and well, being just off the work out train, all I can say is ITS FOR THE CHILDREN. So Please donate what you can, cross your fingers I make it for my Disney team swim portion of the race. I may be slower this year, but I wont give up on kids in need. Thank you for supporting 2010 Nautica Malibu Triathlon. Your contribution is greatly appreciated."
