Robert DeNiro Works for Anne Hathaway in The Intern

Robert DeNiro and Anne Hathaway star in the first trailer for the workplace comedy The Intern. Anne plays Jules Ostin, the founder of an online fashion ecommerce company.

As part of a community outreach drive she agrees to a senior intern program, which she thought meant seniors in high school or college. She gets a surprise when she ends up with a 70 year old intern named Ben Whittaker, played by DeNiro. Whittaker is retired and finds it incredibly boring. So he jumped at the chance to learn something new.

Ben gets along with everyone and fits in his new workplace, even though he is shocked by the casual clothing the young men wear. But that's not shocking as getting a surprise massage from the in house masseuse (Rene Russo).

When Jules' life becomes unmanageable and the investors are causing problems, she leans on Ben who has become a good friend. The trailer is funny and touching -- DeNiro and Hathaway are adorable together. The cast is rounded ouby Adam DeVine, Reid Scott, Zack Pearlman, Andrew Rannells, Anders Holm and Linda Lavin.

Written and directed by Nancy Meyers (It's Complicated, Father of the Bride) the film will be released on September 25th. Take a look:
