Watchmen Blu-ray, DVD Out July 21st

Hollywood Reporter reports that Zack Snyder's three hour-plus director's cut Watchmen DVD and Blu-ray will be released on July 21st. Warner has timed the release to be just days ahead of Comic Con International. The DVD includes 25 minutes of previously unseen footage. These include scenes with vigilante Rorschach and the death sequence of Hollis Mason.

It was an entertaining and though provoking film. It should do well on Blu-ray with home viewers.
