SNL Skit: You're a Rat Bastard, Charlie Brown Starring Bill Hader and Martin Short

One of the funniest skits on Saturday Night Live last night was the New York Actor's Studio performance of You're a Rat Bastard, Charlie Brown. This reimagining of the classic Charlie Brown play stars Al Pacino (Bill Hader) as Charlie Brown, Philip Seymour Hoffman (Jason Sudeikis) as Pig Pen, Edie Falco (Kate McKinnon) as Lucy, Larry David (Martin Short) as Linus, Kristin Chenoweth (Nasim Pedrad) as Sally, Michael Keaton (Taran Killam) as Schroeder and Fran Drescher as the Adult voice.

Hader's Pacino impersonation is flawless, as is Martin's Short's Larry David. Actually, they were all spot on. The football gag takes on new dimensions when swearing is allowed. Note the horrified reactions of the children in the audience. Take a look:
